15th Oct, 2011 in Pune.

Priya had asked me if I could invite one of her friends to BBG Meetup in Pune. Me and Sameer figured out the address and landed up at his home. And that was the first time we met Kedar. One word describes my meeting with him – Inspiring.

He is a spastic, wheelchair bound,  and can not use his left hand but he types on computer with three fingers of the right hand. He was our special guest for the event. He has passed 10th from national open school and also Finished CDAC DIT course and Web page designing course.

Initially we were worried if it will be too inconvenient for him to spend time with all of us but his parents made all the arrangements so that he can have a good time. And those six hours were amazing. Kedar was overjoyed in the company of music lovers and all of us sang so many songs.

Despite his challenges, Kedar has undertaken the work translating books to Braille which helps other people who are visually challenged. It takes him unimaginable amount of effort to do this but he does this and sets an example for all of us. Each book translation costs 15-20K.

If any one of you is interested in sponsoring a book, please let me know. I can make arrangements for your contribution to reach him directly.

If seen with a positive sight, the word ‘disability’ itself has ability in it. So one should look forward to what they can do. The only disability in life is a bad attitude. thanks.

We are more than the politician in numbers. If we people improve ourselves rather than blaming to the government then there will no crime. We are arguing with government tell me one thing how many people support if few people beat a person or more in public. I know the percentage is very less. Even if someone kill a person then also public won’t dare to protect that person. If you are planning for loan then you have to give someone commission to the person. We ourselves are not organized and we blame all this to government. One person always looks money from another. If people stop eating money of people then there will be no corrupt politician can stand. We are corruption because we can’t survive without money. Look at the people who don’t have money to buy food for a complete day and we waste plenty of food as well as money. In my opinion no politician and no rules can improve our country because country is not a single person or few people. Country is we all people when we will improve ourselves then only we can bring a new peaceful and lovely country. I have lots of thing in mind to say but I know it’s ridiculous to waste energy on FOOLS because people will listen it once and forget it with next minute. I know few politicians are not good but we are responsible for this. Look your face in mirror and tell are you working truly in your life. Aren’t you doing any wrong thing? Forget about personal life think in general way. I am sure near about every people are breaking rules of our country daily. It’s easy to blame others. Common people are more than police in numbers. Police is not everywhere but people are everywhere. If something wrong happen at any place people only see that they never try to protect or stop that thing. They just wait for police. We don’t have unity. If we start taking steps then the crime graph will decrease gradually. I don’t say people beat the wrong person but people can catch him or her for police or if people can’t catch that wrong person at least people can stop that person for doing wrong things. Now time has come to take step to improve ourselves and environment around us rather then blaming others or giving excuses.
